Health is Wealth
Honest, practical coaching for your health and your life — built on the small daily choices that shape who you become.
About Me
Hi, I'm Dina. For as long as I can remember, people have told me their stories. On planes, at dinner tables, and in social settings—something about me has always invited honesty and vulnerability from others, and I've always been drawn to help. I was coaching people long before I knew "coaching" was a job.
In 2020, I made it official by training as a Certified Health Coach and Life Coach through the Health Coach Institute. So when I say health is wealth, I'm not talking about a slogan; I'm referring to years of learning, the hard way, how to undo the damage of a difficult start—through food (natural medicine), sleep, sunlight, movement, and the quiet daily disciplines most people overlook. I've used those same tools to get my own perimenopause and menopause symptoms under control. I'm almost 50 now, and I feel stronger, clearer, and more alive than I ever have.
I've lived through what life throws at most of us—in one form or another—such as infertility and IVF, challenging relationships, the long work of raising a strong-willed child, and 33 years of building a marriage that remains my favourite thing in the world. I've learned to be patient, understanding, to forgive, and to set the kind of boundaries that protect a good life.
My approach is honest, direct, and efficient. I won't do the work for you, but I'll give you the tools, the perspective, and the accountability to do it well—and to keep doing it long after we stop working together.
If you're feeling stuck, unworthy, isolated or like something needs to change—whether that's how you eat, how you sleep, how you handle stress, or how you let others treat you—I'd love to talk.
You are not defined by who you were when you were born. You are defined by who you choose to become.
Services
NEW CLIENT SESSION
The first session is where we get to know each other. We'll talk through what's going on for you, what you'd like to change, and what's been getting in the way. By the end, you'll leave with a clear sense of where to focus first — and whether working together feels like the right fit. No pressure, no commitment beyond this session.
1 : 1 COACHING
Once we've had your initial consultation, ongoing 1-on-1 sessions are where the real work happens. We dig into what you're working on — habits, mindset, decisions, relationships, health — and review what's been working since we last spoke. You'll leave with small, doable actions for the week ahead, and journaling in my secure system to track how it's going between sessions.
COUPLES SESSION
For couples who want to communicate better, navigate conflict more calmly, and feel more connected. We work through what's getting in the way — old patterns, triggers, miscommunications — and build practical tools you can use together long after the session ends. These sessions are balanced and judgment-free: it's never about who's right or wrong, but about how the two of you move forward as a team.
CHECK-IN SESSION
For past clients who want a short check-in without restarting weekly work. Maybe you're navigating a specific moment, noticing old patterns creeping back, or just want to recalibrate. We pick up where we left off, look at what's working and what's drifted, and reset your focus for the next stretch. The point isn't to pull you back into sessions — it's to support what you've already built.
How It Works
1. Book an initial consultation
A relaxed, honest conversation about where you are, what's getting in the way, and what you'd like to change. No pressure — if I'm not the right fit, I'll say so.
2. We build your plan together
We go deeper into your goals, habits, and the patterns that keep you stuck. You leave with a clear sense of what to work on and where to start.
3. You put it into practice
Small, doable actions between sessions, with journaling in my secure system to track how it's going. We meet regularly to adjust, troubleshoot, and keep momentum.
4. You keep going on your own
My aim isn't to keep you in sessions forever — it's to give you the tools, perspective, and self-discipline to sustain the change long after we stop working together.
Book a Session
Booking a session is simple — just pick a time that works for you. We'll meet for an honest conversation about where you are, what's getting in the way, and how I can help you move forward.
Testimonials
“Before working with Dina, my partner and I were struggling to communicate through conflict and often felt hurt or misunderstood. From our very first session, she created a space where we both felt heard and supported without judgment. She gave us practical tools to navigate hard conversations more calmly and to better understand each other's triggers. It never felt like one person was right or wrong — Dina helped us work together as a team. We left more connected, and would highly recommend her to any couple.”

Dina took the time to ask questions about my diet and everyday routine and created a plan for me to follow, It has been truly life-changing. Her guidance, support, and encouragement helped me build healthier habits, improve my mindset, and feel more confident in every areas of my life.
I have followed the Plan created by Dina and my energy has significantly improved and my menstrual cycle is back on track.

“I met Dina at a moment in my life when I was overwhelmed with work, and it had started affecting my personal life. As an introvert, I couldn’t imagine how I would open up to a complete stranger. Also, sometimes artists might be difficult to understand, and being one was another concern. Not only did I open up, but I also felt safe and free, as if I were talking to a friend. I guess that’s what I value most about her — the fact that I am not treated as a client, but as a friend.”
— Anna M. (Sofia 🇧🇬)
“Before I started working with Dina, I was working night shift and occasionally worked a second job.
I was always tired and couldn't sleep properly.. Working with Dina has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. From day one, she created a supportive and motivating environment that helped me stay focused on my goals. Her advice was practical, encouraging, and truly tailored to my personal journey, which made a huge difference in both my physical health and overall mindset.
I’ve gained more confidence, better daily habits, and a much healthier outlook on life thanks to her guidance. She genuinely cares about her clients and celebrate every step of progress along the way. I highly recommend Dina to anyone looking for positive change, accountability, and lasting results.”

Frequently Asked Questions
-
A range of things — building sustainable health habits (food, sleep, movement, stress), navigating life transitions, setting boundaries in relationships, reconnecting with your sense of self-worth, and learning the self-discipline to keep new habits going. If you're feeling stuck, unworthy, or quietly certain that something needs to change, that's a good starting point.
-
Health coaching focuses on the physical foundations: what you eat, how you sleep, how you move, how you handle stress. Life coaching focuses on the emotional and relational side: boundaries, mindset, decisions, transitions. In practice, the two are tangled together — most clients work on both. We'll figure out where to start once we talk.

I'm not a therapist, and coaching is not therapy. Therapy looks back to help you heal; coaching looks forward to help you change. If you're working through trauma or a mental health condition, therapy is the right place to start. If you're ready to build new habits, set boundaries, or move forward in your health or life, that's where I come in.

A real conversation. We talk about where you are, what's working, what isn't, and what you'd like to change. I ask questions, I listen, and I offer practical tools and honest feedback. Between sessions, you'll have small, doable actions to put what we discussed into practice — and a journal in my system to track how it's going. How many sessions you need depends on what you're working on; my aim is to give you what you need to keep going on your own, not to keep you in sessions forever.

Yes. Anything you share with me in a session stays between us. I keep secure notes for my own reference, and I never share details about clients with anyone — including in marketing or testimonials — unless you specifically give permission.

Book an initial consultation. It's a relaxed conversation about what's going on for you, what you'd like to change, and whether my approach feels right. No pressure either way — if I'm not the right person, I'll say so honestly.
